Table Partners, a boutique strategy and leadership consulting firm that has grown three-fold since its founding in 2008, is recruiting Project Managers for strategy and operations consulting projects.

Candidates must have previous experience in leading international or boutique management consulting firms at least as senior associates or project/engagement leaders.

Project Managers at Table Partners must have the skills to perform the following duties:

  • Project management and logistics: milestone planning; task allocation; day-to-day organization; effective teamwork and team leadership
  • Hypothesis generation: mock-up elaboration; planning of analytics and project priorities
  • Synthesis of findings and implications: business judgement; clear and structured thinking, writing and problem solving (Pyramid Principle)
  • Communication and mobilization: effective meetings and presentations; client handling at the middle management level; client mobilization toward results and recommendations, maximizing success of project delivery

Also, our Project Managers are expected to contribute to the firm in the following areas:

  • Career development of junior consultants, recruiting, and performance appraisal cycles
  • Development, documentation and diffusion of tools, methodologies and intellectual capital for the firm
  • Knowledge marketing efforts (lectures, newsletters, etc.)
